Ordering & Product Information
- Accuracy: We strive to ensure that all product descriptions and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur. In case of a pricing error, Praazo reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for that item.
- Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability. We will notify you as soon as possible if an item you ordered is unavailable.
Pricing & Payments
- Clear Pricing: All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), and major debit/credit cards.
- Advance Payment: As per Bangladesh e-commerce guidelines, we do not accept more than 10% advance for out-of-stock items unless using an approved escrow service.
User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
