1. Delivery Zones & Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping across the country to keep your shopping experience simple:
  • Capital City (Dhaka): ৳120
  • All Other Districts (Nationwide): ৳130
  • Note: For packages exceeding 1kg, a standard additional weight charge may apply per extra kg.

2. 100% Cash on Delivery (COD)

Shop with total confidence. Praazo offers Full Cash on Delivery for every order nationwide.
  • No Advance Payment: You do not need to pay anything online. Simply place your order and pay the full amount to the delivery agent only when the product reaches your hands.
  • Coverage: Our COD service covers all 64 districts and 490+ Upazilas across Bangladesh.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeline

We process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of confirmation:
  • Inside Dhaka: 2 – 3 Working Days.
  • Outside Dhaka: 3 – 5 Working Days.
  • In compliance with national digital commerce guidelines, we ensure all inter-city deliveries are completed within a maximum of 10 days.

4. Real-Time Order Tracking

Stay informed about your parcel’s journey from our warehouse to your home:
  • SMS Notifications: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS containing a unique Tracking ID.
  • Live Updates: You can monitor the real-time location of your package using the tracking link provided in your confirmation message.

5. Receiving Your Order

  • Package Inspection: Please check the external condition of the package for any signs of damage before accepting it from the delivery agent.
  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: For your protection and to facilitate any claims for damaged or missing items, we strictly require a continuous unboxing video (no cuts or edits) starting from the sealed delivery polybag.
  • Doorstep Returns: If you decide to return a product at the time of delivery for reasons other than a defect, the customer is responsible for paying the Delivery Charge to the agent to cover the logistics cost.
