  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, refuse service, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if any fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

2. Pricing, Product Availability, and Disclaimers

We process your personal data based on legitimate business operations and to fulfill our promises to you. We use your information to:

  • Pricing Accuracy: We make every effort to display accurate product prices on our storefront. However, in the rare event of a technical system glitch, human error, or mispricing, Praazo.com reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for the mispriced product. If your payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued promptly.
  • Stock Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability at our central hub in Bogura. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, our customer support team will notify you immediately to offer an alternative item or an immediate refund.
  • Visual Representation: We work tirelessly to ensure that product images perfectly match the items delivered. However, minor variations in color or packaging may occur due to photography lighting or manufacturing updates.

3. Orders, Payments, and Cancellations

We employ industry-standard encryption protocols and secure hosting environments to protect your personal data.

  • Payment Channels: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across all 64 districts of Bangladesh. We also accept secure online payments via authorized mobile banking channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and major credit/debit cards.
  • Order Verification: Our customer care team may call your registered phone number to verify your order before dispatching it. If you cannot be reached after multiple attempts within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
  • Order Cancellation by Customer: Customers can request order cancellations before the parcel has been shipped out by our logistics network. Once a package is handed over to our courier partners, cancellation is no longer possible, and the standard delivery process will apply.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

We respect your trust. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to any third parties for marketing purposes. We only share minimal data with trusted third parties strictly necessary to execute your shopping journey:

  • Delivery Partners: We ship your premium packages from Bogura using verified third-party courier companies (such as Pathao, Steadfast, or RedX).
  • Delivery Timelines: Standard delivery takes 1–3 business days within Dhaka City and 3–5 business days for areas outside Dhaka City.
  • Risk Transfer: All physical items purchased from Praazo.com are delivered pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the buyer upon successful handover by the courier delivery agent at your doorstep.

5. Return, Replacement, and Warranty Restrictions

All exchange, return, and refund requests are governed directly by our integrated Delivery & Return Policy. Claims regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 to 72 hours of package receipt.

Specific electronic gadgets and smart wearables come with custom manufacturing warranties. Please review the specific warranty certificates included inside the product box or refer to our separate Warranty Terms for coverage rules.

6. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law

Praazo.com shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our digital storefront.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the prevailing e-commerce guidelines and consumer protection laws of the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any legal disputes arising under these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts of Bangladesh.
