- Unboxing Video (Recommended): We highly recommend recording a quick video while opening your delivery parcel. This serves as instant digital proof and accelerates your replacement process.
3. How to Submit a Claim
You do not need to fill out any complicated paperwork. Just follow our easy online process:

- Once our team verifies the claim, we will authorize a return. You can ship the product back to our central hub in Bogura using any convenient local courier.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the package at our hub, we will ship a brand-new replacement to your doorstep completely free of charge, or issue a store refund within 7 business days if the product is out of stock.

According to standard courier policies in Bangladesh, you must pay the Cash on Delivery (COD) amount to the delivery agent before opening the official packaging. However, if you find any issue after opening it, you are fully protected by our 72-hour return policy.
Do not worry at all. We highly recommend recording a quick unboxing video while opening your delivery parcel. If you notice any transit damage, take clear photos and send them along with the video and your Order ID to our Facebook page or email us at praazo.official@gmail.com within 24 to 72 hours. We will arrange a free replacement swiftly.
If the return is due to our mistake—such as delivering a defective item, a broken product, or the wrong model/color—Praazo.com will bear the replacement shipping costs. However, the product must be completely unused and returned with its original brand box, price tags, and all in-box accessories intact.
You can update your shipping details or cancel your order as long as the package has not left our central facility. Please contact our 24/7 customer helpline immediately with your Order ID to make any changes. Once the parcel is handed over to Pathao, Steadfast, or RedX, we cannot alter the delivery destination route.
